For any snowstorm related issues, please send a detailed email to storms@pawtucketri.com and we will address the issue as soon as possible.
If you would like to report any problems for potholes, snow removal violations, sewer, sanitation, traffic lights, etc., please select the appropriate link provided below.
**Please note that complaints on topics listed below are routed to the appropriate departments within the City. City departments such as Public Works and Zoning Enforcement are utilizing the Police Department’s online reporting software to route complaints.**
Your input will be evaluated by the respective City department, and you will receive an e-mail from the City when your complaint has been resolved.
