Pawtucket Announces Continuation of May 13th Tax Sale to November

PAWTUCKET- The City has announced a delay of the May 13, 2021 tax sale to be continued to November 4, 2021.

The virtual tax sale will be conducted at 10:00am through www.civicsource.com on the 4th of November.

Property taxes and assessments that have been paid since the first posting of the tax sale will not be included in the rescheduled tax sale.

Please note that if a resident has substantial interest sold at tax sale, then they will have one year to redeem it through the Collections office or though the purchaser of the tax sale plus a 10% penalty on the original amount, and one percent additional penalty with each month after seven months.
