The City Clerk's Office is the keeper of the records for the city, including: birth, death, and marriage records; real estate records; business and other miscellaneous licenses; and city council and probate court records. They administer all matters coming before the city council and the probate court. The clerk's office issues marriage licenses, dog licenses and parade permits and administers claims against the city.
